Urban Planner

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and assessments that inform planning decisions. Collaborate with engineers and environmental planners to create sustainable solutions that accommodate urban growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for urban development projects.
• Assist in drafting and modifying zoning ordinances.
• Perform site visits to assess land-use and site conditions.
• Collaborate with local governments to achieve strategic planning initiatives.
• Evaluate the environmental impacts of proposed developments.
• Create visual presentations and maps for planning proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Urban Planning or a relevant discipline

Experience

• 5 years of progressive experience in urban development projects

• Land-Use Planning

Certifications

• Certified Urban Planner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
