Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources efforts in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals, foster a positive work environment, and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Craft innovative HR strategies to respond to the changing needs of the business.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Advise management on HR issues and best practices.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee retention and morale.
  • Create channels for employee feedback and grievances.
  • Manage training programs to align staff skills with company demands.
  • Evaluate and optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with external training providers and recruitment agencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior HR role with a focus on employee relations
