Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive leadership development programs tailored to different levels of management.
  • Assess and facilitate 360-degree feedback sessions for leaders.
  • Implement e-learning solutions to enhance training accessibility.
  • Engage with external partners to bring in new training methodologies.
  • Track and report on training effectiveness metrics to senior management.
  • Develop succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Create engaging content for both in-person and online training sessions.
  • Support cross-functional teams in leadership initiatives.
  • Encourage networking opportunities for leaders to share insights and experiences.
  • Advise senior management on leadership development strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in leadership development or corporate training
