Assess and facilitate 360-degree feedback sessions for leaders.
Implement e-learning solutions to enhance training accessibility.
Engage with external partners to bring in new training methodologies.
Track and report on training effectiveness metrics to senior management.
Develop succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
Create engaging content for both in-person and online training sessions.
Support cross-functional teams in leadership initiatives.
Encourage networking opportunities for leaders to share insights and experiences.
Advise senior management on leadership development strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
3-5 years of experience in leadership development or corporate training
