Responsibilities
Evaluate clients' retirement needs and develop customized retirement strategies.
Provide strategic advice on pension plans and retirement investment options.
Conduct regular reviews of retirement plans to ensure effectiveness.
Assist with retirement planning workshops for clients and provide support.
Enhance client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Conduct market research to improve our offerings and align with client needs.
Work with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with changing standards.
Contribute to the firm's marketing strategies for retirement planning services.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CRPC) are advantageous

3-5 years relevant experience in financial services or retirement planning
