Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Training Coordinator to join our Pretoria office. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee competencies and performance. You will collaborate with various departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venues and materials.
  • Liaise with external training vendors as needed.
  • Conduct impact assessments to gauge training success.
  • Encourage employee feedback to improve future training.
  • Support employees in developing individual training plans.
  • Ensure compliance with training regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate degree or diploma in Training or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training roles
