Responsibilities

• Measure and document yields in the fields.
• Inspection and upkeep of farm tools and machinery.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient harvesting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on the farm.
• Engage in planting activities and crop management.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Support the transportation of harvested crops to processing centers.
• Assist in the implementation of sustainable farming practices.
• Report any issues regarding machinery to supervisors.
• Adapt to changing weather conditions while performing duties.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Experience in agriculture or farming is advantageous.
