Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will oversee the daily activities of our team and ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agriculture operations and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of production workers in the safe and efficient operation of threshing equipment.
  • Implement best practices to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership.
  • Ensure that all operational changes are communicated effectively to the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily outputs and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation for the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field
  • Diploma in Production Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in production supervision in agriculture
