Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs through physical exams and clinical assessments.
  • Manage patient care for both chronic and acute health issues.
  • Create tailored treatment plans based on clinical evaluation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Guide and educate patients on managing their health conditions.
  • Keep accurate records of patient evaluations and treatments.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or advanced practice nursing
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is mandatory
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a similar role
