Job Description

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Technician to join our Cape Town facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production lines. Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery for proper functioning and safety.
• Carry out necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Engage in troubleshooting to identify root causes of mechanical failures.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant apprenticeships will be considered

Experience

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
