• Resolve delivery discrepancies and handle customer complaints efficiently.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with transport providers.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in logistics operations.
• Prepare and present logistics performance reports.
• Monitor transportation costs and suggest improvements.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics management
