Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Industrial Operations Manager with a robust background in factory operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and productivity within our Johannesburg facility.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of all manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
  • Analyze and optimize production methods and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Develop training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product integrity.
  • Prepare reports on production performance and operational metrics.
  • Facilitate collaboration between various departments to improve overall service delivery.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce waste and improve resource utilization.
  • Maintain the facility and ensure all operational equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management
Experience
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing or operations management role
