• Supervise the execution of all manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
• Analyze and optimize production methods and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
• Develop training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product integrity.
• Prepare reports on production performance and operational metrics.
• Facilitate collaboration between various departments to improve overall service delivery.
• Lead initiatives to reduce waste and improve resource utilization.
• Maintain the facility and ensure all operational equipment is functioning correctly.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure the smooth running of operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Lean Manufacturing Expertise in lean methodologies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• SAP Proficient in using SAP for managing production and supply chain processes.
• Project Management Experienced in leading projects within manufacturing operations.
• Quality Control Strong knowledge of processes and standards for quality assurance.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving operational goals.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills for evaluating processes and making data-driven decisions.
• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Automation Technologies: Hands-on experience with automation technologies for manufacturing processes.
