Job Description

As a Forming Supervisor, you will lead the manufacturing process, ensuring that production meets quality standards and deadlines. Your leadership will be crucial in training staff and optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production line operations and ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections on production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production workflows.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and schedules for routine checks are adhered to.
  • Drive initiatives for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Provide daily feedback to team members on performance.
  • Implement training programs for new employees.
  • Evaluate and report on team performance and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed production reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
  • Certificate in Management or Supervision is a plus
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
