This role requires a strong analytical background, innovative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Generate and maintain documentation for procedures and processes.
• Facilitate team meetings to assess project progress and resolve issues.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses on proposed improvements and upgrades.
• Work closely with research and development teams to integrate new technologies.
• Engage in continuous training and development opportunities for self and team.
• Liaise with upper management to align engineering projects with business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Operations Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
