• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

• Create and conduct employee training programs on topics including compliance and workplace policies.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming environment for all employees.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
