• Analyze market trends to provide insights to clients regarding salary and hiring practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment and support junior team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment management system.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is advantageous

Experience

• Proven track record of successful placements in previous roles
