Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in planning and executing projects.
• Establish clear project goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Schedule project timelines and track milestones to ensure timely completions.
• Prepare status reports and present them to management.
• Work with departments to ensure that technical specifications are met.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Provide support in project budgeting and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Utilize project management software to track project progress and resource allocation.
• Encourage a collaborative team environment to foster creativity and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience
