Cloud Engineer

Job Description

As a Cloud Engineer, you'll be tasked with architecting cloud solutions that meet business needs. We're looking for someone who's familiar with DevOps principles, automation tools, and has a robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines to enhance our cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
• Manage cloud resources efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of cloud services.
• Address performance issues, ensuring optimal service availability.
• Implement and enforce cloud security protocols.
• Assist in capacity planning and forecasting for cloud services.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and training of staff.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in cloud or DevOps engineering

Technical Skills

• Terraform
• Jenkins

Certifications

• Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience in working within Agile project teams.
