Job Description

Join us as a Learning and Development Officer, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies that promote continuous learning. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee development and have experience in diverse training methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with team leaders to understand their training needs and challenges.
  • Implement e-learning and digital training solutions.
  • Foster an environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
  • Document training sessions and maintain accurate records of employee progress.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HRD are advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years in HR or Learning & Development positions
