Job Description

As an HR Manager at Leading HR Solutions, you will spearhead our HR initiatives, ensuring a productive and inclusive workplace culture. You will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, while collaborating with department heads to meet strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention and job satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and labor laws.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies and changes to all staff.
  • Develop and manage internship and graduate recruitment programs.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment firms to source candidates as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
