Job Description

We are in search of an HR Advisor to join our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HR generalist functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. This role is crucial in enhancing our company culture and ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing to selection of candidates.
  • Enhance onboarding processes to improve employee retention rates.
  • Design HR policies that foster a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Guide managers in employee performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Provide support in addressing employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate skill development and training interventions.
  • Manage HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Implement employee satisfaction surveys to gauge engagement and improvement areas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Post-graduate diploma in HR Management is preferred

  • 4+ years in HR generalist positions
