Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programmes that align with business objectives. You will assess training effectiveness through feedback and observing performance improvements while supporting a culture of continuous learning and high-performance at our organization.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on best practices in adult learning and development.
• Conduct workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Measure and report ROI for training initiatives.
• Enhance e-learning platforms with interactive and accessible content.
• Align training programmes with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Encourage participation in continuous professional development.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders regarding employee development plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Relevant certifications in training or adult learning preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in designing and implementing training programmes
