Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programmes that align with business objectives. You will assess training effectiveness through feedback and observing performance improvements while supporting a culture of continuous learning and high-performance at our organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovative approaches to learning and development.
• Create a library of training resources and materials for easy access.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programmes.
• Build relationships with external training providers.
• Assist in onboarding new employees through effective orientation programmes.
• Support ongoing performance management through customised learning paths.
• Facilitate team-building activities to enhance workforce collaboration and cohesion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Relevant certifications in training or adult learning preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in designing and implementing training programmes
