Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques. You will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, enhancing user experience, and using data analytics for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute e-commerce initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee the management of product assortments and pricing strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to inform future marketing strategies and product offerings.
• Work with design teams to create engaging content for online platforms.
• Coordinate with customer service to address any e-commerce related inquiries.
• Implement best practices in online merchandising and user experience.
• Analyze competitor offerings and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead training sessions for staff on e-commerce best practices.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure seamless product availability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
