DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive DevOps Engineer to lead our continuous integration and continuous delivery efforts. With a strong background in both development and operations, you will help foster collaboration that enhances our productivity and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for process improvements in delivery and operations.
• Set up and maintain the infrastructure for development, testing, and production.
• Collaborate with software development teams to enhance release frequency.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
• Create documentation for procedures, systems, and configurations.
• Provide input on architecture decisions that impact deployability.
• Work with various stakeholders on project roadmap and deliverables.
• Advise on new technologies that can support business objectives.
• Participate in on-call rotation to maintain coverage for operations.

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of network protocols: Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and other networking protocols.
