Job Description

As the Esters and Emulsifiers Supervisor at ABC Chemicals, you will oversee and manage the production of quality esters and emulsifiers. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the production process meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production workflow of esters and emulsifiers.
• Monitor adherence to safety and health regulations.
• Oversee production schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to the production team.
• Enhance quality control practices and measures.
• Resolve manufacturing issues proactively.
• Ensure raw materials are adequately stocked.
• Work collaboratively with other engineering teams.
• Compile and present regular reports on production performance.
• Enforce cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

Experience

• At least 5 years in a production or manufacturing role, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
