• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Perform regular training sessions for staff on operational procedures.
• Assist in developing warehouse budgets and forecasts.
• Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma or degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations

Technical Skills

• Logistics Management Software
• Supply Chain Coordination

• Team Management

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in quality control: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures.
