First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive First-Line Supervisor to oversee the operations of our reduction plant. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing production teams in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve production processes for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Qualification in Manufacturing or Operations Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in the mining industry

Languages
