• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Sales Management Extensive experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Inventory Management Skilled in managing inventory processes to optimize stock levels.
• Customer Relations Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Communication Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
• Problem-solving Ability to analyze situations and provide practical solutions.
