Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. This role requires a detail-oriented individual responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring accuracy in our inventory system. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock takes and maintain precise inventory records.
• Develop strategies to minimize stock-outs and reduce overstock situations.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to optimize order quantities.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
• Utilize inventory management software for tracking stock levels and orders.
• Provide analytical support to identify inventory trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding inventory storage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Certification in inventory management preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory or supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• SAP ERP
• Data Entry

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
