Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend training solutions.
Partner with HR to align training initiatives with performance management.

Create training manuals and materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
Track employee training records and compliance with industry standards.
Coordinate mentorship programs for employee growth.
Stay informed of Learning & Development trends to implement best practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in Human Resource Management is advantageous
Experience
5+ years in a Learning & Development role within a corporate environment
