Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Supervisor to oversee training programs and enhance employee skill sets. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives aimed at employee engagement, competency building, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assess training programs to ensure relevance to business objectives.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend training solutions.
  • Partner with HR to align training initiatives with performance management.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions that encourage participation and knowledge retention.
  • Create training manuals and materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Track employee training records and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate mentorship programs for employee growth.
  • Stay informed of Learning & Development trends to implement best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a Learning & Development role within a corporate environment
