Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance workplace culture. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all employees.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for team leaders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Further HR qualifications are highly regarded
