• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• Certifications in Talent Acquisition or related disciplines are advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition metrics
