Job Description

Dynamic Bookkeeping Solutions is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations. In this role, you will work closely with management, assist in financial forecasting, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update financial databases and software.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Communicate with clients and auditors as needed.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Financial Management or Accounting

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role is preferable

• Pastel Accounting

Languages

• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of VAT regulations: Understanding of VAT legislation and its application.
• Experience in a customer-facing role: Experience dealing with clients and customer inquiries.
