Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our residential and commercial properties in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained, liaise with tenants, and manage budgets effectively. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and assess market trends to optimize rental income.
  • Prepare eviction notices and coordinate legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs effectively.
  • Monitor property expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service in all tenant interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field

Certifications
