Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain computer systems for optimal performance.
• Provide on-site and remote support to staff and clients.
• Implement preventative maintenance on hardware and software.
• Independently manage tickets and respond to user inquiries.
• Assist in the deployment of new applications and updates.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for project support.
• Train users on IT best practices and safety protocols.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for the organization.
• Prepare regular reports on IT performance and issues.
• Ensure data security policies are enforced.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field required
• Degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of proven IT support experience

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Database Management

• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
