This role involves performing facial treatments, body therapies, and waxing services while educating clients about skincare products and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute various aesthetic treatments and therapies professionally.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their skincare goals.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Participate in promotional activities and loyalty programs.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care for optimal results.
• Monitor client feedback and adapt services accordingly.
• Assist in front desk operations as needed.
• Document client feedback and treatment outcomes diligently.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Work towards achieving sales targets for products and services.

Requirements

Education

• Qualified Aesthetician or similar
• Additional certifications in skincare products preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a spa or beauty setting

• Advanced Skincare Treatments
• Makeup Application

Certifications

• Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy
• Certificate in Makeup Artistry

Languages

• English: Fluent
