Job Description

As a Travel Advisor, your main responsibility is to assist clients in planning their trips, providing expert advice on destinations, and offering personalized service to ensure memorable experiences. You will coordinate bookings and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel needs.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and enhance service.
• Attend industry events and workshops to network and learn.
• Train and mentor junior staff as necessary.
• Develop marketing materials and participate in promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Travel and Tourism certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the travel industry
