Seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can assist customers with various technical challenges and provide timely solutions to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
