Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they derive maximum value from our products. This position involves developing long-term relationships with key accounts, assessing client feedback, and collaborating with teams to enhance products and services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
