Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all facility-related operations in our Pretoria office. This key role involves coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local building regulations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in facilities management and be skilled in communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Implement best practices for facility management.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.
  • Provide support during emergency situations, including facility evacuation plans.
  • Lead audits and assessments of facility performance.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Facilities Management or similar qualification
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or related field
