Responsibilities

• Create engaging and interactive learning content using e-learning software.
• Assist in the development of coaching and mentoring programs.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to promote professional growth.
• Monitor industry standards and adapt training strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development or similar role

Languages
