Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance checks on aircraft.
  • Identify aircraft defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to optimize workflows.
  • Review and approve maintenance documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Lead troubleshooting teams during aircraft downtimes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace maintenance engineering
