Responsibilities

• Architectural design and project oversight from inception to completion.
• Create innovative designs that are functional and environmentally responsible.
• Facilitate client meetings and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use software tools to visualize and model architectural designs.
• Collaborate effectively with all project participants to ensure success.
• Conduct site analysis and develop design strategies based on findings.
• Review and manage budgets and timelines.
• Promote sustainable practices in all design work.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging design concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage.
• Experience and registration with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) is necessary.

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in an architectural role with a strong portfolio.
