HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Gqeberha. In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your expertise will help us build a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews.
• Implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
• Develop employee retention programs to foster a positive work culture.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Assist in developing and managing HR budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
• Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience

• CIPD Level 7
