Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role will involve spearheading the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise will be vital in promoting our employer brand and attracting top talent in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and recommend applicants for interviews.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and job market conditions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve recruitment skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business
  • A Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
