Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Stellenbosch. This role requires a proactive individual who will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing workplace culture and ensuring effective HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and manage the hiring pipeline.
  • Resolve conflicts and address employee grievances effectively.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and talent management.
  • Implement and maintain HR systems for performance tracking.
  • Educate employees on HR policies and available resources.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role
