Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to identify and address learning opportunities within our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to create tailored training initiatives, promote a culture of continuous learning, and ensure the professional growth of our employees.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs that boost employee performance and retention.
• Evaluate training efficacy and modify programs based on feedback.
• Prepare training schedules and manage logistics for training events.
• Support managers in the development of their teams through coaching and mentoring.
• Create a culture of learning by promoting training programs and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or related fields

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Instructional Design

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Interpersonal Skills

Advantageous

• Certification in Training and Development (CTDP): Professional certification recognized in the industry.
• Experience with eLearning tools: Familiarity with platforms for online training development.
