Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have experience managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
  • Manage procurement of construction materials in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relations.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and provide feedback.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure all team members are informed.
  • Prepare bids and proposals for new construction projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the construction processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Professional registration is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects
