Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to support the health needs of our patients. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and performing surgery on animals while ensuring ethical practices and high quality of care. A strong focus on preventive medicine and client education is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate animal health through examinations and diagnostic tests.
  • Implement surgical procedures as per best practices.
  • Provide preventive care recommendations to pet owners.
  • Oversee the clinic's compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct client consultations and explain treatment options.
  • Assist in managing the practice's inventory of medical supplies.
  • Promote a strong ethos of animal welfare and community involvement.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team focused on excellence in veterinary care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
  • Additional certifications in specialized veterinary fields are desirable
Experience
  • At least 5 years of practical veterinary experience
