Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Project Manager to oversee multiple software development projects. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage teams effectively to meet project goals. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in software project management and will be adept in agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project scope and key milestones.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform resource planning to optimize skill utilization.
  • Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Relevant certifications in project management are advantageous

  • 5+ years in managing software development projects
