Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and process analysis to optimize workflows.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions with teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Document engineering processes and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in new product development and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Gain insight from market trends to incorporate innovative manufacturing practices.
• Work on cost-reduction strategies for manufacturing and processes.
• Engage in risk management processes to minimize operational risks.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics
• MBA or additional engineering certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of industrial experience with a focus on process optimization
